What We Can Do?

What services Eagle Enterprises will provide?

Send the information form to EE-Corp either by post, fax or e-mail. We will make an assessment of the case and inform you whether you qualify for either of the two categories.

If the applicant qualifies and wishes to go ahead with the application we will provide the applicant with a list of documents and application forms to be signed by him/her. We will help in the coordination of your educational background and professional experience with open occupations in General Occupation List. We will also help in preparing documents necessary for successful immigration process - basic required documents plus additional supporting documents. Once we receive all these documents we will prepare the application and send it to the Canadian government for processing.

When the application is received by the Canadian Immigration Office a file number will be assigned. The applicant will then be called for an interview at the immigration office. It takes from six months to 18 months before an applicant is called for interview. The EE-Corp will provide the applicant with interview preparation. After a successful interview, the applicant will be required to pass medical and security clearance. Once this is completed, an immigration visa will be issued to the applicant.

Eagle Enterprise guarantee our clients that any payment made in advance will be returned without delay if the application for permanent residence was rejected by the immigration office for any reason, which we could and should be aware of.

We, however, cannot guarantee positive results if:

The applicant or his family member fails to satisfy the immigration office that the information provided in the application is true;

The results of medical examinations prevent the immigration office from approving the application;

The applicant committed a crime that in eyes of Canadian government deems to be reason for inadmissibility;
